24 Hour Cancellation Policy
• Tours canceled after 24 hours prior to the flight, or passengers who fail to show up 40 minutes prior to flight time, will be billed the full price of the tour booked.
• If guests show up to check in over the weight limit, Mauna Loa will not accommodate the flight and guests will be responsible for the cost of the flight.
• Passengers who miss their scheduled flight time due to a late check-in will be charged a fee of $100 if they are able to reschedule.
